Thank you for choosing Cassidy Rae Beauty Collective. We are committed to ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience at our salon. Please take a moment to review our policies regarding your appointments.

Our Service Guarantee

• We strive for your complete satisfaction with our services. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please let us know during your visit or within 48 hours after your appointment. We are more than willing to schedule a corrective service at no additional charge.

Refunds

• All services provided are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are dissatisfied with any service received, please contact us immediately. We are eager to address any concerns and schedule a corrective service as soon as possible.

Lateness Policy

• Time is valuable, both yours and ours. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a fee equivalent to the cost of the scheduled services may apply. Street Parking: Please plan accordingly to allow extra time for street parking to avoid delays.

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

• Life is unpredictable, and we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 24 hours before an appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the service cost. This fee will be charged to the credit card on file. This policy also applies to partial cancellations or modifications of your scheduled service.

No-Show Policy

• Failing to show up for your appointment without notification will result in a no-show fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost. Further, if a no-show occurs on a re-do reservation, we cannot offer another corrective service free of charge.

Reservations

• Appointments can be requested directly on our website. We accommodate reservations based on our artists’ availability.

Online Scheduling

• To secure a reservation, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking, which will be kept on file for future reservations and applicable fees.
